Hello, I just received order: 1907311104067, but it seems like the there is something wrong with the:Endi Trendy Cat eye plastic frame. The right lens seems off and I can't see clearly. When I saw the lens with a pair of sunglasses, I could see that the lens is misshapen. I really love these. How can we fix this issue? and I also paid for express shipping, so I'd like the replacement to be sent express also.

Hi, i recently made a purchase with you. Glasses have arrived, very timely. Rx is perfect, however, i have an issue with my transitions. My glasses does not get dark in the sunlight, just a light tint. I require that special feature with my lenses, as my eyes are very sensitive to the sun. How can i get this fixed?
Dear Tre Hull, concerning your case, we need to tell you that the photochromic lenses will turn dark when explosed to direct sunlight and it will take a few minutes to make the transition. Please retry to wear the glasses under the direct sunlight to see if the lenses will turn dark or not. Or you may try the freezer test to activate the photochromic lenses. You can just put the glasses into a refrigerator for a while and then, take them in direct to sunlight to try again. If it doesn't work, please contact us. Hello, I made a purchase with you on 6/29 and the glasses arrived about two weeks ago and an accident happened, and the glasses broke last week. One of the side sticks broke and I tried to fix it but it wouldn't glue back together. I was wondering if you guys offer any kind of warranty?
